To Enjoy True Fine Wine, You Need The Following Three Items:
- True Fine Wines. Are very hard to find. Firstly; they are expensive (when buying retail) they can range from $125 and up a single bottle. There is a better way; and you just watched it above! Enrol in this Wine of the Month Club and know that you will only be receiving True Fine Wines.
- Incredible Pairings for those True Fine Wines. This is where Tastes and Experiences of Wine and Food are going to be Awesome. It will never, ever get old and is timeless, something that should be passed on through the generations. (see below for more on food and wine pairings).
- Company of our Loved Ones. Options for this. Firstly (and our favourite); A Romantic “Wine Event” with your significate other. Secondly; To enjoy an evening, an afternoon or a day with your family and your nearest and dearest, closest friends.
This creates a moment in time “Where Things Will Just Be Different”. Wine Magic Occurs when you Combine True Fine Wine, Great Food Pairings, and great company.

Charcuterie Boards (Or Plates):
These can be set up in simple to elegant designs. You want to have an assortment of cheeses, nuts, dried fruits, crackers, jams/jellies, chocolates, meats (salty and savoury), honey (1 or multiple Variations), fresh berries, pickles and vegetables. These are set up to be picked up and tasted as they are enjoyed with the Wines.
Wines that Go With This?
While you can enjoy this example with any of our True Fines Wines you are about to receive from our incredible “True Fine Wines” Wine of the Month Club; here are some Examples to Use!
Start out with the Tanya Ricord Rose or More Than Muse. Always a great starting point. Keeping it light before the more bolder wines come in:
- Tanya Ricord Moscato or
- Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio.
- Moving into the More Than Muse Sauvignon Blanc
- or More Than Muse Chenin Blanc.
- Then there is the More Than Muse Chardonnay.
- Which then you can go into the Nile Eddy Pinot Grigio,
- and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Adding to it the Linda Horn Cabernet Franc
- and finally the Ricord Merlot.
Allowing you to really indulge in tastes and “Flavour Parties” to be shared by all.
To make it a plate, you simply pre-dish items and make them single servings ( you could add some of your favourite crackers too!) for your Guests.
This is perfect when there’s just a couple of you, or a great group of your friends. What a great way to impress your guests. This is when you are going to be tasting many wines in the course of the Wine evening of it all.
